I quilted this for a friend of Joyce's...Apparantly I used to babysit her daughter when I was in 7th grade...Anyhow, here is the quilt. It measures 35" x 35"....
Not too bad...it really looks like a wreath!! Success....Very nice piecing as well--flat! I hope she likes it. I'm doing another post on the sew-in on the Las Vegas Modern Quilt Guild blog as well. Check it out!
Lovely feathers! Joyce is lucky to have such a talented long-armer!
ReplyDeleteI love your freehand feathers. Being able to produce such consistent freehand motifs is a real art that you have developed. Great job.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job on the wreathe quilt !
ReplyDeleteGreat job, you really did the round shape justice!
ReplyDeleteDon't know anyone who wouldn't love the job you did on the wreath! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh, what a spectacular job you did on that!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYour feathers look perfect as do your border loopies. Did you have to re-adjust the quilt position in the middle of the wreath? If so.. I cannot tell in the feathers at all...
