  3. I love zentangles - and love your little quilt too.
I too am a prison warden, emm, maths teacher. I discovered that zentangles really have a zen like effect. My class of 14 year-olds (is that grade 8?) had a two hour exam at the end of the year. I had a word search to keep them busy and quiet if they 'finished' before the two hours was up. It didn't work for one little darling. So I showed him how to do a paradox zentagle. It kept him quiet for the rest of the exam! Success!! I've used zentangles a few times now and always have a nice quiet and controlled lesson.

  4. a few months ago I saw a zentangle quilt on another blog and decide that's exactly what I will do with all my black and white prints....now where do I find the time?
Your zentangle quilt is so inspiring. I'll let you know if I ever get mine completed
