Nancy's Quilt...

Turned out so very cute!!  1930's fabrics and raw edge appliqued flowers.  She wanted light custom so I did  a loop stipple behind the flowers, BIG ribbon in the blue, cont. curve in the yellow, a cutie pie little half circle thing in the red border and a feather border treatment that went around the whole quilt!!  I even surprise myself some days.... ;-)

I hope she likes it.  Tomorrow I'm going to quilt a placemat/table runner I made for Ryan's mancave.

Happy Quilting!

  4. Hi--love this quilt and your quilting. I am going to try the ribbon in the sashing of a quilt I am working on. Do you have any idea how the circles were cut out??? Did the owner use special scissors??? I have made raw edge, but just cut with regular scissors.
